  • Manufacturing defects (display, touch, function)
  • Items damaged during initial shipping
  • Incorrect items received (mismatched SKUs)
  • Items with intact UbayTech quality stamps
  • Unused products in original condition

Not Eligible

  • × Items damaged by customer during installation
  • × Products missing UbayTech quality control marks
  • × Items beyond the 360-day warranty window
  • × Normal wear and tear or cosmetic aging
  • × Items with glue residue or internal marks
