4.1 Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by UbayTech. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

4.2 Minimum Order Quantity: Most products have minimum order quantities (MOQ) that vary by product type. Please contact us for specific MOQ requirements.

4.3 Payment Terms: Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and L/C for larger orders.

4.4 Credit Terms: Credit terms may be available for established customers subject to credit approval and agreement to additional terms.

5.1 Delivery Terms: Delivery terms are typically EXW (Ex Works) Shenzhen unless otherwise agreed. Risk of loss and title pass to buyer upon delivery to carrier.

5.2 Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are additional and will be quoted separately unless otherwise specified.

5.3 Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

6.1 Quality Standards: All products are manufactured to meet international quality standards and are subject to our quality control processes.

6.2 Warranty: We provide a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment.

6.3 Returns: Defective products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for replacement or refund, subject to inspection and approval.

7.1 Trademarks: All trademarks, service marks, and trade names used on this website are the property of their respective owners.

7.2 Copyright: The content of this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7.3 Custom Products: For custom or OEM products, intellectual property rights will be governed by separate agreements.

8.3 Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific products giving rise to the claim.

9.1 Data Collection: We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

9.2 Data Security: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

9.3 Data Retention: Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.

10.1 Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China.

10.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Shenzhen, China.

10.3 Jurisdiction: The courts of Shenzhen, China shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
