  • Installation-related damage (glue residue, internal marks)
  • Water damage or significant cosmetic wear
  • Removal of UbayTech quality control stamps

Critical Guidelines

Test Before Installation

Always dry-test screens before fully installing. Once installed, many warranty terms become void.

Maintain Labels

Keep all UbayTech quality stamps intact. Products without stamps cannot be identified or exchanged.

Documentation

Provide clear photos or videos of the defect when initiating an RMA for faster processing.
